To Heat: Place your Warmies® in a clean microwave for up to 90 seconds, ensuring the turntable can rotate freely. Always follow the heating guide on your product for proper timing. Enjoy up to 2 hours of gentle warmth. Reheat only when fully cooled to room temperature.
To Cool: Place your Warmies® inside a sealed freezer bag and chill for 2–3 hours to use as a cold compress for sprains, bruises, or to help reduce temperature.
